Course Objective

To understand and interpret the basic terms related to organizational change management

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define change management term and teach the importance and aims of change management
2   To analyze the types of organizational change term and the factors that push organization to change.
3   To evaluate the properties, basic theories and models of planned change and emergent change approaches.
4   To apply and determine the avaible tools for organizational problems as a change agent.
5   To define the terms of change resistance and change predisposition and determine the requirements in order to decline the resistance to change and increase the predisposition.
