Course Objective

To provide students learn about organizational development terms and processes and individual, group and system-level intervention techniques and help them understand organizational change by using these intervention techniques.

1   To define organizational development term.
2   To realize the needs for change and progress in organizations.
3   To determine the organizational problems.
4   To explain the stages of organization development process and analyze the organizations according to these stages.
5   To determine the areas which have to be interfered for organizational operation at individual, group and organization level.
