Course Objective

To give information about the place, development and functions of competency-based human resurces manegement.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the basic terms of Human Resurces management. 2   To discuss the historical process from Personal management to Competency based human resources management. 3   To analyze the basic functions of Human Resources Management. 4   To make students learn about Job descriptions, competency maps, testes and evaluation forms. 5   To recognize the practices of human resourses management in sectors.
