Course Objective

To make students understand the importance of human behaviour. To make students gain avaible information and approach about organizational perforance. To make students learn about motivation, communication, power and persuasion, stres management and team management.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain the human behaviour in organizations.
2   To query the effects of of theoric and pratic information about organization behaviour.
3   To identify the effects of human behaviours on performance.
4   To analyze the problems about human behaviours in organizations.
5   To query the solutions of performance problems which human behaviours will cause in organization.
6   To answer the questions about conflicts and stresses in organization.
