Course Objective

The objective of this course is to identify principal theories and implementations of human resources management, clarify ways of applying human resources management to healthcare institutions, appreciate the employment of human resource management in strategic plans, discuss legislative framework of human resources in healthcare institutions.

1   Identifying role of human resources from the point of healthcare institutions.
2   Clarifying means of applying human resource management to healthcare institutions.
3   Correlate role of human resources with organizational objectives.
4   Comprehend how human resources could be embedded to strategic plans of healthcare institutions.
