Course Objective

increasing globalization and competition environment. The purpose of this course is to familiarize the students an overview of the retail industry and an understanding of retail developments and new trends so that they can reflect what they learned in their working life as a manager

2   By learning the retailing concepts such as market, store types, supply channel, to be able to use those concepts at true places in real life.
