Course Objective

This course aims to cover contemporary topics in finance including recent developments in national and international financial environment

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Extend the existing knowledge of finance following new developments through participating in class discussions
2   illustrate the influences of key macroeconomic variables on the financial environment
3   Examine the economic and financial news in national and international markets in order to demonstrate and understanding their influence on financial decision making.
4   Examine how both monetary and fiscal policies influence Turkey and world economic growth and development
