Course Objective

The objective of this course is to examine impacts and results of social interaction and analyze individual and group. The course may include topics such as development of selfhood, social interaction, social motivations, aggression, cooperation, productivity, abnormal behaviour, and leadership processes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to understand the complexities of theories, methods, tradition and modern research results in the analysis of human behaviour.
2   To be able to analyze hypothesis, theories, methods, traditional and modern research results about attitude, perception, group dynamics and aggressive behaviour.
3   To be able to a scientific attitude to perceive social interaction in certain situations and its impacts on individual.
4   To be able to develop competencies as to how a research can be applied to a daily life.
5   To be able to analyze academic articles to excel academic writing skills.
6   To be able to develop communication skills and defend arguments.

Assessment Criteria

1. The course will be two long case studies which will be able to understand and synthesize and these cases will replace the mid-term and final exams.
2. Each student will analyze in peer-reviewed journal articles according to predetermined schedule.
3. Presentations evaluation of pre-preparation, understanding, knowledge, build structures, verbal communication are depend on ability to answer questions and lead the discussion.
