Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach students the stakeholder theories, to determine the key stakeholders and their expectations in tourism industry and to find solutions for the conflicts between stakeholders.

2   To know the key stakeholders in tourism industry including both internal and external stakeholders
3   To find solutions to the problems and conflicts between stakeholders
