Course Objective

The objective of this course is to examine the processes to establish food safety management system in F&B businesses.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Analyze situations threatening food safety.
2   Explain the basic principles of safe food production.
3   Explain and report documentation process of food production systems.
4   Evaluate food safety control procedures and provide examples about possible major and minor problems.
5   Establish food safety systems in food businesses.
