Course Objective

The objective of this course is to analyze KM processes and models; to compose institutional KM structure in tourism businesses according to regulations in Turkey; to examine information safety; and to evaluate performance measurements of KM structure.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Manage the process of knowledge management. 2   Understand and apply knowledge management models in businesses. 3   Generate the structure of institutional knowledge management. 4   Ensure information security of the structure composed. 5   Measure performance of the structure composed.
