Course Objective

The main objective of the course is to define basic principles, to design a new system by Project management and/or enhance curent system on the basis of project, and to use Ms Project on applications.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to understand main principles of Project management.
2   To be able to write aim and targets as project steps.
3   To be able to define tasks and resources of the project.
4   To be able to perceive project management requirements for system design and enhancement.
5   To be able to achieve task and resource assignment within the frame of project management.
6   To be able to apply solving aproaches based on optimization at project management.
7   To be able to use Ms Project at higher level.
