Course Objective

It is aimed to make student have theoretical and historical information about Globalization according to chronological process and to make him/her get information about hypothetical and practical problems of minorities.

3   Defines the concept of Minority from main international documents.
4   Tells Universality of Human Rights and Cultural-Relativity Paradox
