Course Objective

The aim of this course is to analyze Special Investigation Procedures for public officers in the Law on the Trials of Civil Servants and other Public Officials (Law no. 4483) , Law on Declaration of Assets and Combating Bribery and Corruption (Law No. 3628 ) and other legislative regulations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to define concept of public officer in the Turkish Penal Code
2   Be able to analyze Special Investigation Procedures in the Law on the Trials of Civil Servants and other Public Officials (Law no. 4483)
3   Be able to determine exceptions of Law on the Trials of Civil Servants and other Public Officials (Law no. 4483)
4   Be able to analyze Special Investigation Procedures in the Law on Declaration of Assets and Combating Bribery and Corruption (Law No. 3628 )
5   Be able to determine protective measure in special investigation procedures related to public officers
