Course Objective

To develop the abilities of analyzing the problems about debt management and public debt

2   be able to know the relations between public borrowing and fiscal discipline.
3   Be able to get knowledge about the changed role of public borrowing in the history of economic thought
4   Be able to get knowledge about fiscal gap and borrowing in developed and developing countries
