Course Objective

One of the main roles and functions of government in the economy is to produce goods
and services. Historically, the state in the process of private goods and services, is
up to a full public goods and services produced in different qualities of goods and
services and spending for these services has been made . Today the state, to attend
this function, with the provision of public goods and services, and some of the changes
observed in the financing. The purpose of this course, is to analyze and evaluate the
various sectors of public services, and expenditures.

1   THE STUDENT HAS INFORMATION ABOUT THE STRUCTURE OF THE CONCEPT OF STATE AND
2   IS ABLE TO DO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF PUBLIC SERVICES AND SPENDING
3   IS CAPABLE OF DOING COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC SPENDING AND SERVICES
4   CAN EVALUATE PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS OF GLOBALIZATION
5   CAN INTERPRET EXPENDITURES MADE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC SERVICES APPLICATIONS
