Course Objective

Special types of employment contract in labour law will be researched extensively in terms of its features, its parties that are important in labour law and its consequences in the relationship between worker and employer. The disputes regarding the types of employment contract will be also discussed.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to indicate the concept of employment contract, its types and the location of these types in labour law in general
2   To be able to distinguish the characteristics as to the types of employment contract
3   To be able to practice in present cases containing the types of employment contract
4   To be able to examine the issues in labour law with regard to the types of employment contract
5   To be able to propose solutions about the disputes in relation to the types of employment contract
