Course Objective |
The percentage of lawsuits arising from labour and social security law in the workload of Supreme Court is 45. Therefore, labour ans social security law which gains gradually more importance in law doctrine and application, is constantly in a state of alteration with regard to law doctine as well as law application. Continous changes have occured in the legislation regarding occupational health and safety because of occupational accidents particularly and in the scope of renewals in social security system. These changes have generally fulfiled by means of additions and deductions realized by bag bills including many other subjects instead of making direct changes in labour law legislation. In other respects, case law of Supreme Court's 5 Civil Chambers specialized in labour and social security law, which is sometimes depending on international agreements, have been getting rich. Standart syllabus will be insufficient due to these rapid changes and developments, hence it's required to have a new lecture which is interpreting the latest changes. The objective of this lecture is giving contribution to the students interested in labour law to learn renewals through a flexible and annually renewed programme. |
