Course Objective

To learn the basic legal structure, rules and principles about political parties and election. To learn and analyse the basic regulations in international law, national law, legislation and dijudication about the political parties and election.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Have a command of the basic principles about political parties and election law 2   To learn the types and systems of political parties 3   To know the basis regulations in the international law about political parties 4   To learn the sources of national law about political parties 5   To learn the organisation and the obligation rules of political parties 6   To learn the basic rules and concepts about election, democracy and political parties 7   To learn the election systems 8   To learn the basis principles about elections in democracies 9   To learn the election system of our country
