Course Objective

To introduce expropriation law voted conceptual and theoretical, to teach the basic principles and rules of the Expropriation Law and demonstrate the application with examples

2   To establish the relationship between the right to property and the expropriation
3   To detect irregularities in the process of construction of expropriation
4   To determine expropriation price and declaratory action
5   To sue cancellation of expropriation
