Course Objective

Course objective is to examine current issues and developments in the EU Law and in this framework to evaluate the legislation, rulings of the courts and approaches in the doctrine.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to put forth the general principles of EU Law for consideration.
2   to monitor and assess the current and future changes in the EU legislation.
3   to monitor and assess the principle and current rulings of the EU Courts.
4   to monitor and contribute the current issues and discussions in the EU Law Doctrine.
5   to monitor and assess the current developements in the EU-Turkey relations.
