Course Objective

Learning and apprehending of crimes that are against to property and their sanctions on the academic level.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to acquire general knowledge about crimes in Turkish Law that are against to property
2   To determine that an action breaches which crime against to property in Turkish Criminal Code.
3   Learning the fundamental features of crimes in Turkish Criminal Code that are against to property on the academic level.
4   To determine the qualified form of crimes that are against to property on the academic level
5   To assess deeply the crimes in Turkish Criminal Code that are against to property in the frame of European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and in the light of European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)
