Course Objective

The purpose of this lecture is, to analyze the term human rights with its domestic and international aspects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to know the development of the human rights 2   Being able to dominate the context of the international documents on human rights 3   Being able to idert the position of the human rights in the domestic law 4   Being able to know about the rights and the freedoms related to the human rights 5   Being able to know about the effect of human rights to the legislations
