Course Objective

To research international law institutions, documents and judicial decisions of family and its legal protection

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to express basic concepts and principles regarding protection of family
2   To be able to explain basic guarantees of family and its protection at the international law.
3   To be able to analyse special arrangements regarding protection of family at the international law.
4   To be able to analyse protection of family at the international law and judicial decisions.
5   To be able to compare protection of family at international and comparative law and at Turkish law.
