Course Objective

The purpose of this lesson is to give information about international family law includes such as international marriage, divorce and parental right .

4   to use competent jurisdiction rules about international family law
5   to understand the effect of foreing judgement about international family law on Turkish law system

10 International child abduction
11 Recognition of foreing judgements in Turkish law
12 Enforcement of foreing judgements in Turkish law
13 The regulations sited in international aggrements
14 Amenities provided within the scope of the international aggrements
