Course Objective

The aim of this course;detailed to examination of the legal regulation of results of divorce.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the concept of divorce.
2   Be able to detect consequences of divorce.
3   Be able to applying of the results of the provisions of divorce.
4   Be able to interpratation of the results of the provisions of divorce within framework of arrangements for the statutory, doctrinel criticism and impretmentations problems.
5   Be able to identfy of shortcomings from consequences of divorce.
