Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the students with the advanced level of knowledge of the international protection of human rights.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   acquire advanced knowledge in the international human rights law.
2   evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, theories and applications.
3   define and analyze conficts which require specialization, offer a resolution by refering to related theoritical approaches, reach a conclution and report it both verbally and in writing
4   achive self-disipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
5   develop skills of critical analysis in relation to the political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda
