Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide students with the advanced level of knowledge of the current problems of international law

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Acquire advanced knowledge in the international law discipline 2   Evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, theories and applications. 3   Define and analyze conflicts which require specialization, offer a solution by referring to related theoretical approaches, reach a conclusion and report it both verbally and in writing. 4   Achieve self-disipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decision. 5   Develop skills of critical analysis in relations to the political, socio-cultural, economic and and legal developments in national and international agenda.
