Course Objective

To introduce the basic concepts related to business management, to develop management skills by examining the basic functions of recent the theoretical and practical knowledge on management

1   to have knowledge about the basic concepts of business management. 2   to have a detailed information about the basic functions of management [of planning, organizing, directing (motivation, leadership, discipline), coordination, control and creativity] 3   to link associations between management functions and management decision-making processes in the lights of organizational communication 4   to comment about situations that arise in business / management functions and connectivity problems 5   to gain information about conflict management, crisis management
