Budget practices, techniques, and analyze and evaluate progress in this area.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Have knowledge on the principles of budget theories, functions.
2   Make assessments on budgeting techniques and practices.
3   Make assessments on the implementation of the budget process in Turkey and develop new proposals.
4   Could comment on the general principles of 2003 and 5018 of the Public Financial Management and Control Law and Related Legislation.
5   The EU and other international organizations, the budget process, budgeting technique can analyze.
