Course Objective

It is aimed to make student have advanced-level information about international organization s legal status and powers.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Identifies the concepts of international nongovernmental organization, intergovernmental organization and supranational organization.
2   Ascertains functions of founding agreements of public international organizations.
3   Analyzes with legal aspects of the relationship between public international organizations and their member states.
4   Explains the relationship between main and secondary organs of public international organizations.
5   Ascertains functions and constitution of United Nations and regional organizations.
