Course Objective

To analyse collective agreement order in terms of workers and public officials, collective agreement autonomy, competence and authority, explaining procedure principles, examining utilization provisions from collective agreement in accordance with statue law

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	To examine statue law and precedents.
2	To explain execution area of collective agreement in terms of person, place and time.
3	To analyse separation between worker-public official within the order of collective agreement.
4	To examine problems critically and propose scientific solutions.
5	To present studies compatible with methodology .

7	Execution area of collective labour agreement in terms of time and judgment of terminatory collective agreement.

9	Collective agrement- relation of labor agreement, utility principle

11	Termination of collective labour agreements, expiration of time, cancel; nullity of collective labour agreement
12	Right of collective agreement of public officials
