Course Objective |
To inculcate meaning, importance and function of principle of separation of powers; different powers of political bodies have a characteristics of state; powers of legislation, executive and judiciary; the basis of the importance of separation of powers in order to guarantee freedoms; relationship between legislative and executive to determine the political regimes; government systems which ground on unity of powers, complete separation of powers and balanced separation of powers from the point of relationship between legislature and executive. |
