Course Objective

It is aimed to get information about historical process of human rights idea, to analyse international documents and running of control mechanisms and their effects on national law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To determine documents of supranational human rights law.
2   To explain control mechanisms of human rights law
3   To determine different regional protection mechanisms.
4   To explain remedies in European Court of Human Rights.
5   To determine working principles of European Court of Human Rights.
