To give information about the importance, devalopment and functions of compotence-based human resaurches in management function.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the basic concepts of Human Resource Management.
2   To discuss the historical process from the personnel managemet dating bact to the competence-based Human Resources.
3   To analyze the basic functions of the Human Resources Management function.
4   To recognise for human resources, tools such as job descriptions, competency maps, testing, evaluation forms.
5   To recognize Human Resources Management practices in the industry.
