Course Objective

The objective of this course is to draw attention to organizational processes, examine the development of organization theories, and question management views.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to examine organizational development and evaluate organization studies by philosophical and sociological bases and historical development.
2   To be able to define and classify organization theories and relate to one another.
3   To be able to examine and discuss management approaches and organization processes, identify problems and provide solutions

1-Project will be prepeared about 20-40 pages within given title. It's important that writing clearly and expected to reflect strategic point of view.
2-Students needs to examine the cases and to define the main problems.
