Course Objective

Provide information about the history and the history of Islam in the Codification. In this context, be aware of the emerging debate.

7 Proponents of Islamic law enactment and grounds

9 The emergence of Mecelle and other law systems codifications
10 Mecelle content
11 Codifications in Islamic countries after Mecelle
