Course Objective

investigate the causes of variations in populations of Islam , help to gain objective point of view, the most accurate way to help understanding of religion.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   student, has knowledge about History of Islamic Sects and their sources, methods and concepts.
2   Learn the factors affecting the output of the major denominations
3   he learns that it was natural to be different in understanding and interpretation of the religion. and learns the different point of views in the Islamic Thought.
4   he has knowledge about sects, beliefs and ideas, members of the sects, processes occurring during the formation of the Islamic history,.
5   learns that the religion and the sect are not equals. those belonging to different denominations behave with tolerance to each other.
