To inform that the legalization efforts in the Ottoman period and al-Majalla al-Ahkâm al-Adliyyah.

3   To compare the Mecelle and other legalization efforts
4   To understand the methodology In the preparation of mecelle

3 National laws (Criminal, Land, Canonical, Family)
4 Main features of national law in the Ottoman period.
5 The translation laws (commercial, criminal, maritime law, etc.)
6 The Causes for the preparation of al-Majallah
7 The content of al-Majallah, its system and method.
8 Al-Majallah comission.
9 The implementation and effects of al-Majallah
10 Basic sources of al-Majallah
11 the revision efforts to al-Majallah.
12 The commentaries and translations of al-Majallah
13 Al-Majallah and its sections
