Course Objective

Over the past decade the Altai Mountains archaeological excavations and surveys conducted in the region, the history of archaeological culture of Turkish-speaking peoples in Eurasia 3 showed that extends to the Millennium BC. The course of Turkish-lying between the Altai Mountains and around the Late Bronze Age to the early stages of a thousand years to examine the archaeological cultural history, aims to learn.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Over the past decade, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, Altai Mountains region in the archaeological excavation on the Turkish kurgans and examine the publication of the survey.
2   Turkish-speaking people with relevant seen Sayan-Altai region in Okunyev Culture of (BC late 3rd millennium), Karasuk Culture of (BC 1300-1000) and Stone Vedic culture (3rd century - 7th century) archaeological style development and burial customs learn the application.
3   the Turkish language, other Ural Altaic language family members who Sumerian, Elymaic, Hurriya, and Dravid as such to examine the main provisions of the hypotheses about the connection and disconnection with the dead languages.
