Course Objective

An important role in competition law, which examine the effects of vertical agreements on the market.
Examination of the current exemption system for vertical agreements.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To analyze the concept of the types of vertical agreements and vertical agreements.
2   Interpret the positive effects of vertical agreements on competition.
3   Evaluate the effects of vertical agreements restricting competition.
4   Technology transfer agreements, distribution and vertical agreements, such as motor vehicle distribution agreements to evaluate in terms of competition law
5   Vertical agreements addressing in terms of an exemption system.
6   Seminar presentations original text and spraying of opinions.
