Course Objective

Represent the difference between the general rules concerning the rules on commercial representation, and representation in the context of unauthorized aimed to examine the results.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to generally, the concept of representing the absorptive.
2   Be able to Distinguish between the legal nature of representation and the other representing the commercial rules.
3   Be able to Interpret the limitations arising from the law concerning commercial representation.
4   Be able to analyze trade relations in the context of the events represented in the concrete.
5   Be able to unauthorized representation to interpret the rules and these rules in the context of commercial representation.
6   Be able to seminar presentations original text and spraying of opinions

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lectures are held the first seven weeks of the remaining seven weeks at the end of the seminar presentations and presentations to students in the form of a question-and-answer discussion on the subject will be provided.
