Course Objective

It is aim to teach that;
- Relations between science, thought, sense and research,
- Methods of formal and contexual analysis of principles of law,
- And ways and methods to appeal when principles of law work.
Also one of missions is to teach that compose original studies as thesis, essay and other studies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to make preparation phases of composing thesis, essay and othes studies.
2   To be able to determine material facts and principles of law
3   To be able to make comment about topics of scientific studies by having scientific ethic.
4   To be able to analyse legally and logically
5   To be able to argue material fact and principles of law.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Main informations of the course objektive and content ; To inform about methods of how to teach lesson.
2 Methods and content of methods; Science, scientific knowledge, social sciences and natural sciences.
3 Relations between science, thought, sense and research. To inform about topics of relation between law and moral.
4 To argue about being science of law.
5 Preparatory level of scientific studies, to compare documents.
6 To inform about levels of scientific studies, to determine objetives, ways and methods.
7 Implementation levels of scientific studies.
8 Rules about how to compose thesis,
9 Rules about how to compose thesis, Originality in scientific moral and scientific studies, To determine topics of studies as thesis, essay, etc.
10 Originality in studies as thesis, essay, research etc.
11 Legal systems: To explain basic principles of law, politics of law, relation between national and international law.
12 To determine material facts
13 To determine principle of law in relations with material facts.
14 To determine results of material facts and methods in relation with principles of law and material facts
