Course Objective

Objective of this course is to teach the Contract law and legal order of the European Union

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to interpret the establishment process of the European Unions Internal Market,
2   to explain legal extension of European Unions internal market,
3   to explain and assess the freedom of movement in European Unions internal market,
4   to manifest the competition policy of the European Unions internal market,
5   to note the remedies for breach of contract by the seller in contracts for the international sale of goods.

3 Definition of the European Internal Market and basics of Its functioning,
4 Definition of the European Internal Market and basics of its functioning,
5 Substantive instruments of European Internal Market,
6 6harmonization actions taken within the scope of the European Internal Market (regulated fields),
7 Midterm Exam
8 reciprocity principle in the European Internal Market (unregulated fields),
9 General structures of freedom of movement principles,
10 provisions regarding to freedom of movement,
11 primary legal cases concerning freedom of movement,
12 The history and general imformation of the convention on contracts for the international sale of goods,
13 The geografical, temporal and personal sphere of application of the convention on contracts for the international sale of goods,
14 Sphere of application of the convention on contracts for the international sale of goods (about subject matter).
