Course Objective

Purpose of the class is increasing LLM students over dynamics of Consumer Law system and examy the effect over consumer acts.

1   Defination consumer contracts. 2   Teaching general concepts of consumer contracts. 3   To identify the problems of consumer contracts. 4   Associated consumer contracts with current problems. 5   Examination consumer contracts in practice.

Week Subject Description 1 General consumer contracts. 2 The party of consumer contracts. 3 The consumer concept. 4 Terms of seller and supplier. 5 Responsible parts of consumer acts. 6 The protection measures of pre- contract. 7 The legal obligations and protection measures of the dealer. 8 The protection measures at the contract memories. 9 The protection measures after the contract. 10 Administrative control and enforcements. 11 Arbitration committee for consumer problems. 12 Litigation to consumer courts. 13 Field of duty of arbitration committee for consumer problems. 14 Qualification of arbitration committee for consumer problems' decisions.
