Course Objective

Purpose of the class is increasing LLM students over dynamics of Consumer Law system and examy the effect over consumer acts.

9 The protection measures after the contract.
10 Administrative control and enforcements.
11 Arbitration committee for consumer problems.
12 Litigation to consumer courts.
13 Field of duty of arbitration committee for consumer problems.
14 Qualification of arbitration committee for consumer problems' decisions.
