Course Objective

It's aimed to analyze scientifically; the legal qualification of the contract of
guaranty of bank, which is frequently met in operation, the rights and the liabilities
of the parties, and the legal results of violations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have the ability to evaluate the legal qualifications of the Bank guaranty conract.
2   To have the ability to identify the legal position of the parties on the Bank guaranty contract.
3   To have the ability to analyse the effect of deferral secture at the Bank guaranty contract.
4   To have the ability to interprate the effects of the Bank guaranty contract, to the implementing of foreign business.
5   To have the ability to examinate the invalidity of the Bank guaranty contract and the legal results of this invalidity, with corporate base.
6   To have the ability to assert an individual remarks about texts and supplies of a seminar.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

There will be lectures of lessons in the first seven weeks. And then, in the second
seven weeks, there will be submissions of the seminars and after the submissions, it
will be provided to make the students attended to the scholarly dispute by questionanswer
method.
