Course Objective

Increasing doctoral students' knowledge over energy law and making examinations about Turkish and EU energy markets and their legal structures by teaching types and legal structure of energy contracts.

2   To emphasize the form and etablishment of energy contracts.
3   To have knowledge about rights and obligations of parties in energy contracts.
4   To have knowledge about termination and expiration of energy contracts.
