Course Objective

To examine energy , renewable energy concepts, Energy Charter Treaty, basic principles of energy markets, legal regulations the field of (particularly) in the electricity market, natural gas, petroleum, geothermal etc., as the legal basis for the activities of persons of private law license (permit, license) and contracts, conflicts in this area, duties and powers of the Energy Market Regulatory Board and judicial review.

1   To express legal concepts in the energy market
2   To discuss in the energy market operations in terms of administrative law
3   To explain the importance of the energy requirement agreement and the legal effect
4   To access to EU legislation on energy market
5   To compare On the EU's energy market legislation and regulations in Turkey in terms of administrative law
6   To evaluate EMRA's role in the energy market and the properties of operations and the judicial review
