Course Objective

Students enrolled in this course will acquire the skills necessary to safely navigate a vessel on both coastal waters and on the high seas.

2   Students can understand and use tide diamond symbols
3   Tidal current can be calculated by students
4   Application of current navigation can be learned by students.
5   BA and US Tide Tables can be used by students
