Course Objective

This course aims to provide a general overview on selected topics of private international law and relevant legal instruments.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   demonstrate understanding of the rules of private international law in order to identify the relevant legal issues. 2   be able to analyze relevant legal issues. 3   be able to interpret relevant law materials. 4   be able to identify and analyze main problems in order to discuss the relevant topics
